In accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be integrated into the processing system owned by MAREPOLIS Conseil en politiques de la mer, whose registered office is located at 68 avenue des Corbière, 11490 Portel-des-Corbières.

Data controller

Within the meaning of Article 4.7 of the GDPR, MAREPOLIS Conseil en politiques de la mer is the data controller of the personal data collected on the MAREPOLIS Conseil en politiques de la mer website. MAREPOLIS Marine Policy Consulting determines the purposes and means of the processing carried out.

Why does MAREPOLIS Marine Policy Council collect personal data?

Ø This data is not kept for more than 13 months from your first visit
Ø Raw traffic data associated with an identifier must also not be kept for more than 13 months

Any collection of data beyond that intended to feed these statistics will result in the collection of your prior consent if it is not assisted on another legal basis.

2. Data collected when you contact customer service

MAREPOLIS Marine Policy Council informs that it will process data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. For this reason, MAREPOLIS Marine Policy Council undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they are removed or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.
