Created in 2015 on the initiative of experienced environmental and legal professionals, MAREPOLIS is an independent consulting firm specialising in the marine environment, biodiversity and the sustainable management of coastal and oceanic areas.
It works in France and internationally, with public institutional actors and private operators, to support the knowledge, preservation, management and enhancement of marine and coastal environments.
MAREPOLIS combines scientific, technical and legal expertise in the service of an integrated approach to marine ecosystems and policies implemented at different levels.
With an in-house team based in mainland France and French Polynesia, MAREPOLIS has an active presence at both ends of the globe, ensuring expanded operational coverage. This geographical presence, complemented by a network of international experts that can be mobilized according to the projects, allows MAREPOLIS to intervene effectively in various marine, coastal and political contexts around the world.
