Macrepolis is a young company supported by the European Business and Innovation Centre Plein Sud Entreprises
The company's services are synergistic with the fundamental and applied research activities developed in particular within the University of Perpignan Via Domitia in the field of the coastal and marine environment of the Mediterranean and Overseas Territories. As such, Marepolis obtained the UPVD Foundation label in 2016.
Macrepolis is a member of the French Institute of the Sea, an association whose objective is to make the people of Drance aware of the marine environment and to make them aware of the fundamental roles of the oceans both ecologically and socio-economically, as well as to work for the sustainable development of French maritime activities.
Marepolis is a member of the Mediterranean Sea Cluster, a global competitiveness cluster, which brings together, in the maritime sector, large companies, SMEs, public and private laboratories, universities and grandes écoles.
